Paddles
Paddles may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Register your paddle within 14 days of purchase to activate a 1-year limited warranty.
Hats & Apparel
All hats and apparel are exchange only. Refunds are not offered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Warranty Coverage (Paddles Only)
The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use. This includes structural defects, seam failure, and material defects.
Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or impact. It does not apply to products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Tame Lands. Normal wear is not covered, including surface wear, cosmetic marks, loss of grit, or signs of regular use. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are excluded. Worn or washed hats and apparel are not eligible for exchange.
Claims
Warranty and exchange requests must be submitted through our website or by email. We may request photos or require the product to be returned for inspection. Inspection is completed within fourteen business days of receipt.
Each product is eligible for one replacement under warranty. Proof of purchase is required.
