1-Year Paddle Warranty
Register your paddle within 14 days of purchase to activate a 1-year warranty for added peace of mind. We believe in starting strong and staying strong.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing Defects Only:
  We cover issues like structural integrity, seam integrity, and material defects that occur under normal use conditions. We stand behind our product's quality like a proud parent!

What is Not Covered:

• Accidental Damage:
  We cannot cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., hitting against hard surfaces, paddle jousting, or anything outside regular play). This also applies to products that have been run over, stomped on, or otherwise mistreated.
• Unauthorized Repairs:
  Any damage caused by repairs or modifications not performed by the manufacturer is excluded from our warranty.
• Non-Defect Wear and Tear:
  Normal wear of the product, including loss of surface grit, minor scratches, scuffs, and regular wear from use, are not covered.
• Used Purchases:
  Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claims Process

• Initiating a Claim:
  We've got your back like chiroprac. Our customer service team is here to sort it out. You can start a claim on our website or shoot us an email.
• Evaluation:
  Our dedicated crew will review your claim and might need a bit more info or ask you to send the product our way for a closer look. You handle the shipping, and we'll handle everything else. After receiving your item, we'll inspect it within 14 business days to uncover any issues, refine our future products, and get you back on the court ready to whoop dat a%%.
• Single Replacement Policy:
  Each product gets one shot at a replacement under warranty. If there are issues with the replacement, we'll handle it case by case to keep things fair. Scouts honor.
