RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

We keep things simple and upfront. Below is how returns and warranties work across paddles, apparel, and accessories.

Pickleball Paddles

You have 30 days from delivery to decide if your paddle is right for you. If it’s not a fit, you may request a refund or an exchange within 30 days. Normal play marks are okay. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents is not eligible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All paddles include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This includes structural integrity issues, material defects, and seam or core integrity issues that occur under normal play conditions. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including surface grit loss, scratches, or scuffs. It also does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

Each paddle is eligible for one replacement under warranty. Any additional issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to keep things fair.

Apparel, Hats & Accessories

All apparel, hats, and accessories are exchange only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We do not offer refunds on apparel or accessories.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

To start a return or warranty claim, contact us through our website or email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may request photos or ask that the item be sent in for inspection. Once received, items are reviewed within 5 business days.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and warranty claims. If you need help locating it, reach out and we’ll assist.
